Somaliland's first Village Milk Centre, built by VETAID in Beer village. The centre acts as a focus for villagers’ milk activities including testing the quality of the milk, training sessions on safe milk collection and cleaning containers used for storing and transporting milk. |
In Beer village, Fatuma Ismail Handule has been taught to test the quality of the milk she collects each morning, ensuring it is safe for human consumption. |
