BBC Radio 4 will be airing an appeal on Sunday 2nd September to raise valuable funds for VETAID’s work.
BBC presenter Eddie Mair (left) will talk about VETAID's work in Somalia, focusing on how VETAID has helped a Somali woman who depends on camel milk for her family’s survival.
Neil Morrison, VETAID’s Chief Executive says, “We are delighted that VETAID has been chosen to benefit from the BBC Radio 4 appeal in September. The money which is raised will make a real difference to so many vulnerable people in east Africa who really depend on their animals for food and their income.”
The appeal will be aired on Sunday 2nd September at 7.55am and 9.26pm and again on Thursday 6th September at 3.26pm. It would be wonderful if you could tune in (92 – 95 FM) and inform any friends, family and colleagues who may be interested.
