A team of vets and managers from Biobest Laboratories took part in the Chevrolet Hairy Haggis Team Relay in the Edinburgh Marathon on 25th May. They completed the race in 4 hours 14 minutes!
“Cowboy Dave” Kay, the Cattle Health Scheme Manager, led members of the vet team at Biobest (Paul Burr, Susan Duthie and Kate Haig) through Edinburgh and along the coast of the Firth of Forth to raise funds for VETAID.
To date they have raised over £1000. David highlighted that it is still possible to support this worthwhile cause by donating at the following website: www.justgiving.com/biobest4vetaid.
